These terms apply to your use of inkvial.co.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Ink Vial is a trading name of Pixels and Ink Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15716844), registered address: 41 Fernhurst Road, Leicester, LE3 2PG, United Kingdom.

Our products

We sell 2ml fountain pen ink samples, decanted by hand from full bottles into plastic vials. Colours are shown as accurately as we can, but screens vary and ink can look different depending on your pen, nib and paper - so swatches are a guide, not an exact match.

Prices & payment

Prices are in GBP and shown on each product. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successful.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Delivery

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Because our samples are decanted and filled to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right. We will, of course, put right anything that's faulty, damaged or sent in error - see our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability

We take care to describe and fill our inks accurately, but to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Fountain pen inks are intended for use in fountain pens; please keep them away from children.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including our swatches, photography, text and branding - belongs to us and may not be reused without permission. Brand and ink names belong to their respective manufacturers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
